Job Description

Your role as a Nintex K2 Developer and Consultant is to build and run business applications on BPM platform. You will model, consume, manipulate and expose data from multiple line of business systems and integrate them with other enterprise technologies.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to gather and refine business requirements to write user stories based on best practice and experience
  • Create business process analysis artefacts, including use cases, user stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows and mock-ups.
  • Support customers with design, development, maintenance related queries and issues
  • Plan project execution in terms of sprints/iterations, allocation of resources and scope
  • Help to drive project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as needed to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Help to coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines and risks
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate in creating test cases as well as provide assistance in UAT efforts
  • Contribute to a library of internal and customer-facing technical content

 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is highly preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Nintex K2 or developer capacity
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of programming experience
  • Proven software project experience (Scrum or other Agile experience required)
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to business process improvement preferable
  • Knowledge of BPM software (e.g. Nintex, K2, Appian, Bizagi), ECM software (e.g. MS SharePoint, iManage) and/or RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism) is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to document technical reports and procedures
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
  • Must be able to work independently or as a part of a team and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work occasionally on non-standard business hours to accommodate business needs
  • Must be willing to travel, occasionally (European wide)
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
