We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a strong track record in software industry sales in the region, and the ability to influence and engage at the executive level.

In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by identifying high-value opportunities and building strong relationships with enterprise clients in Dubai and across the GCC. You will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to shape the strategy and achieve ambitious growth goals for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients in UAE enterprise sector, leveraging advanced lead generation tools and strategies. Use different techniques like networking, events, cold calling, email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Pitching the AMO value propositions and services: Articulate and pitch our unique value proposition and comprehensive suite of services to prospective clients. This includes identifying client needs, showcasing how AMO Consultancy’s solutions can address those needs, and effectively communicating the benefits and ROI of our services. Your ability to engage potential clients and convey our strengths in a compelling manner will be crucial in driving our business forward.
  • Leads Qualification & Opportunity Development: During the initial pitch, conduct a subtle yet effective qualification process to gain insights into the prospect’s needs and requirements. Evaluate their suitability for our products and services while gathering essential information to guide the next steps.
  • Building long term partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and market challenges.
  • Collaboration & Sales Strategy: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to refine the go-to-market strategy. Provide feedback from the field to help shape targeted sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage your pipeline effectively, keeping track of all activities in our CRM system. Provide insights and reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within UAE and the wider GCC market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Sales Expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of business development and sales experience in the software development industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC enterprise landscape, with a focus on UAE.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and lead generation technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Personal Attributes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to deliver formal and informal presentations to prospects.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the GCC as required.
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity.
