Job Description

Purpose of role

This position is a presales multifaceted role with 3 primary functions as follows:

  • Marketing Support
  • Sales Support
  • Technology Innovation Research

You will work alongside the Marketing Team and provide them with collaterals and insights that will be utilised for marketing campaigns and leads generation exercises. You will also work with the Sales Team to support the sales cycle effort by providing technical expertise, solutions design adapted to prospects’ expectations, and demonstrate our value proposition.

In addition to the above, you will be in charge of looking for new technology opportunities and innovations relevant to the growth of our business portfolio.

You will directly report to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

Marketing Focus
  • Create articles on a regular basis to be used on AMO blogs and AMO Social Media Channels
  • Work with Marketing team to implement campaigns relevant to specific industries
  • Assist with the development of engaging content across different platforms to promote AMO’s services using a range of channels including social media, events, news media, etc…
  • Design and maintain ‘demo’ environments on AMO platforms
  • Record useful videos for AMO video channels
  • Drive technical content and demonstrations for webinar
Sales Focus
  • Assist with the preparation of Sales meeting including presentation and documentation
  • Attend sales meeting and drive relevant demonstration and presentation
  • Collect business requirements from prospects and create Mock-up of potential solutions
  • Design and present technical solution to AMO prospects including ‘Proof of concepts’
  • Participate in the creation of Sales proposal in relation to technical deliverables
  • Work on projects estimations
Technology Focus
  • Keep up to date with technology trends especially in the automation sector
  • Train on existing and new technologies
  • Champion and advocate AMO Technology portfolio
  • Own and maintain AMO internal platforms – Cloud / SaaS
  • Provide technology insight to AMO wider team
  • Work with the Sales team and formulate Go to Market strategy for new products
  • Maintain technical relationships with our technology partners

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 Years experience working for an automation service provider
  • Minimum 5 Years Technical expertise with BPM and RPA platforms

Required Skills

  • We are looking for someone with excellent English, both oral and written.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable behaviour, and speech are paramount to articulate business value to prospects which will range from IT Directors to C-level Executives
  • Demonstrable technical experience with the following BPM tools: Nintex, K2 Five
  • Demonstrable technical experience with the following RPA tools: UiPath, Nintex RPA
